KADON (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital transformation agency headquartered in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We operate the website https://vantrixlabs.com and provide services including software development, data engineering, digital marketing, and content production.

This document covers both our Privacy Policy — how we handle your personal information — and our Terms of Service — the rules that govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

• Contact form — name, email address, selected service, and your message when you fill out the contact form on our website.
• Email correspondence — any information you share when emailing us at hola@vantrixlabs.com.
• Calendly scheduling — name, email, and any notes you provide when booking a call through our Calendly link. Calendly has its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device information, collected via analytics tools.
• Cookies and local storage — we store your UI preferences (language and display mode) in your browser's localStorage. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.
• Meta Pixel — our site may load Meta's advertising pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences for campaigns. This is subject to Meta's Data Policy.

Information we do NOT collect

• Sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, etc.)
• Passwords or payment details (we never process payments directly on this site)

We use the information we collect to:

• Send project-related communications (never unsolicited marketing without consent)

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, under strict confidentiality:

• Email delivery — we use a transactional email provider (e.g. Resend / SendGrid) to route contact form submissions. They process your email address and message solely for delivery.
• Calendly — scheduling data is processed by Calendly Inc. under their own privacy policy.
• Meta Platforms — if the Meta Pixel fires, event data is sent to Meta under their Data Policy.
• Google Cloud Platform — our infrastructure may run on GCP. Data processed in the course of service delivery is subject to Google's data processing terms.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.

Our site uses localStorage (not cookies) to save your language preference (kadon.lang) and display mode (kadon.mode). These are functional preferences stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Third-party scripts (Meta Pixel, analytics) may set their own cookies. You can control these through your browser settings or an ad-blocker. Blocking these scripts does not affect the core functionality of our site.

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. After that period, data is securely deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hola@vantrixlabs.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KADON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
